David Rhys, M.Sc., P.Geo., specializes in the application of structural geology techniques to the assessment of mineral deposits and has experience in orogenic, epithermal, iron formation and intrusion related gold deposits, unconformity uranium deposits, porphyry and VMS systems.
Since 1996, Mr. Rhys has been the principal of Panterra Geoservices Inc., a Vancouver based geological consulting company. Mr. Rhys has extensive experience in the evaluation of gold deposits at all phases of development, from initial grassroots exploration to assessment of ore controls and grade distribution at mine sites for a variety of major and junior mining companies.

Position: Advisor
Dr. Staude, has over 20 years of diverse mining and exploration experience in precious and base metals. He has held positions of increasing responsibility with Kennecott, BHP-Billiton, and Exploration Business Development with Teck Cominco as well as working with commodity focused companies Magma Copper Company and several private companies. He is Founder and President of Riverside Resources Inc. and has consulted to private investment. He has extensive mineral resource experience on four continents including participating in the discovery and district exploration at Mulatos gold mine in Sonora, Mexico and the Agua Rica Cu-Au deposit in Argentina. He has been part of gold discoveries in Peru, Turkey, and has formed and led exploration companies in Romania, China, Turkey and Bolivia among other places. He has consistently added resources in known districts and helped in converting grass roots discoveries into new mining operations.

Position: Board Advisor
Mr. McClintock has over 35 years experience in exploration and acquisitions of gold and base mineral deposits. He has held positions of increasing responsibility in major mining companies including Rio Algom, Billiton and BHP Billiton including Exploration Manager global exploration with BHP Billiton. Mr. McClintock played key roles in the discovery and acquisition of several deposits including BHP Billiton's Spence Mine in Chile.
